Application and Session Configuration

WebSurge has two separate sets of configuration settings:

  • Application-level Configuration
Application configuration configures user interface settings like the UI Theme, fonts used in the preview editor, global settings like a Proxy server url that are applied to every operation. The Application Configuration settings are available via a websurgeconfiguration.json JSON configuration file (for now).

  • Session Configuration
Session configuration controls the operations of individual Http Requests and a Session of Http Requests. Here you configure things like the timeout, delay time, authentication, header manipulation and so on for request processing. Configured via the Session Configuration Panel.
